The culture of the Group is about developing talent from within, stretching and supporting the high performing managers who will lead the delivery of our strategy. In 2015, over 80% of our senior appointments were drawn from people already within the business – moves that have helped deliver strong and diverse leadership teams.

When we do recruit externally, we seek to bring in people who will bring  additional knowledge and skills that will strengthen our teams and ultimately make us a stronger business. We have expanded the digital reach and reputation of our employer brand ‘Bring your Difference’ across core social media channels, achieving industry leadership of our talent brand on LinkedIn.
